• 1) The delivery timelines depend on the type of product. Most of the products will be readily available and it normally takes about minimum 15 working days or maximum 25 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and other festival holidays) for delivering them in a safe condition at select serviceable address.
• 2) Customer can cancel the order by logging into their account before the ordered product is invoiced. The order amount will be either refunded or added to the Wallet (after deductions, if any) once the order cancel request is accepted by Arabian Gold & Diamonds Cancellation is not possible once the product is invoiced. However, interest claim on the advance amount will not be considered under any circumstances.
